The PMSC Bursary Scheme is open to all members and will reimburse up to 50% (up to a limit of £200) for an on-water course or event with a local recognised provider, after it has been satisfactorily completed.
Your guess is as good as anyone's as to what effect Brexit will have on sailing across the pond: The one thing you can be sure of, is they will make it as difficult as possible for UK sailors to go to Europe, as they did with Red Diesel, so why not just enjoy our fantastic rivers and coastline - the wine is just as cheap in ASDA...!
