Members are welcome to hire the clubhouse, bar and kitchen for private events, meetings, etc. for a hire fee.
Members can organise an Open Event at the club for which there is no hire fee, should it be open to all members and well publicised.
Non-members wishing to hire the club, can do so but are required to be "sponsored" by a member, who must also be present at the function and is responsible for ensuring that the conditions for hire are adhered to.
A sailing organisation or similar, can also hire the club at the discretion of the PMSC committee, where upon the PMSC bookings Secretary will act as the sponsor.
Children’s Events, available to members and their relatives when member is present, the event during the daytime and for children aged under 10 years only.
The maximum number of people that may attend a seated event is up to 60, and for standing/dancing event is up to 150.
The clubhouse is not available for a booking -
Fridays 6pm – 11pm
Sunday Lunch time between 11.30am – 3pm,
Wednesday 6pm - 11pm
It will not be possible to apply for bar extensions for private events i.e. after 11pm

To secure the hire, payment is required at the time the booking is confirmed, via BACs unless otherwise agreed with the booking secretary and is non-refundable unless in the unlikely situation PMSC has to cancel the event.
