Fitting out supper

The 2019 fitting out supper will be on Saturday 13th April

- 19:30 for 20:00 -

Come and join us and indulge a fabulous meal to celebrate the return to the water!

A. Gin-Cured Salmon Gravadlax, Pickled Cucumbers, Dill Mayonnaise

or

B. Chicken & Duck Liver Parfait, Fig Chutney, Leaves & Crisp Breads

Mains:

C. Roast Fillet of Trout, Pea, Broad Bean & Tomato Orzo, Pesto and Parmesan Crisp

or

D. ‘Dingley Dell’ Pork Belly, Pancetta, Wild Garlic & Cannellini Bean Stew, Thyme Roast Tomatoes

Dessert:

E. Rich Chocolate & Caramel Tart, Crushed Hazelnuts & Honeycomb Ice Cream

or

F. Lemon & Elderflower Posset, Mixed Berries & Vanilla Shortbread

Please note that regretfully if you find you need to cancel your booking, it will not be possible to refund the cost, although, given sufficient notice, we will try and help sell on your booking.
