Pin Mill Sailing Club is situated on the south
bank of the beautiful River Orwell just 6 miles
down river from the port of Ipswich in Suffolk
(Map) and
are hosts to an annual Thames Sailing Barge
match.
The combined clubs
on the three rivers organize regattas and a series
of races for cruiser/racers on Dovercourt Bay (Haven
Series) as well as racing to Belgium. Pin Mill Sailing
Club is affiliated to the RYA and is a member of
the Harwich Area Sailing Association. Membership is
around 400 and new enquiries for membership are
most welcome and the fees are reasonable.

Continuing this year, will be the
"Three Club's
Series", which will feature races
between The Pin Mill Sailing Club, Orwell
Yacht Club and Royal
Harwich Yacht Club, which PMSC won in 2003
and 2007.
