Pin Mill Sailing Club is situated on the south bank of the beautiful River Orwell just 6 miles down river from the port of Ipswich in Suffolk (Map) and are hosts to an annual Thames Sailing Barge match.

The combined clubs on the three rivers organize regattas and a series of races for cruiser/racers on Dovercourt Bay (Haven Series) as well as racing to Belgium. Pin Mill Sailing Club is affiliated to the RYA and is a member of the Harwich Area Sailing Association (HASA). Membership is around 400 and new enquiries for membership are most welcome and the fees are reasonable.

Continuing this year, will be the newly named "Four Club's Series", which will feature races between The Pin Mill Sailing Club, Orwell Yacht Club, Royal Harwich Yacht Club, and this year sees Shotley Sailing Club join. (More......)
